Earth (Through Hands) to Table

Artist Statement:

This Earth to Table series incorporates images from a year long archival process documenting organic food processes from seed to plate. The intent behind this archive was to offer transparency, and inform dialogue between producer and consumer in order to re-contextualize the narrative that surrounds our commercial food spaces, and in turn food consumption. Acting more specifically in response to the farm-to-table movement, my ongoing work in this field focuses on finding the human position within this counter-cultural movement.
